Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn state.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been processed.
